On Tuesday 27th June 2013, The Azimio Boss Raila Odinga led a consultation meeting in Kamukunji.

Leaders and supporters of Azimio gathered at the event where Odinga announced his move, in what he termed as stopping Ruto over the new taxation bill.

Gaucho cast doubt in Azimio in recent days over what he termed as the unfair treatment within Azimio’s coalition after he was arrested and claimed that no one bothered to look for him.

Gaucho noted that he hoped Azimio KK Bi-partisan talks proceeded well and  if they do not do so and the protest is returned, he may not be part of it.

He said the injustice has bothered him a lot, so he sent the message to the senior leaders of Azimio.

“I really pray to God that the bilateral talks work. Because if they fail and the Azimio calls for protests again I won’t go,” said Gaucho.
