Lady JUSTICE Mugure Thande has been transferred from Nairobi to Malindi days after making a landmark Ruling suspending the Poisonous Finance Act, 2023.
This is according to a viral social media memo where 13 judges were moved in the latest Judiciary reshuffle.
The cause of her transfer was not given. K47 couldn’t establish it either.
High Court Judge Principal Judge Eric Ogolla effected the transfer.
Kenyans on various social media platforms are connecting her transfer to her latest ruling on the 2020 financial Bill.
