The former president of USA Donald trump is expected to surrender early next week in New York of 34 charges of falsification.
Reacting to the Trump indictment, Nancy Pelosy, who is the speaker of the American house stated, in a statement, that the Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law.
“No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence. Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right.” She said in a post.
However, no date was given, but sources say Trump’s legal team and the Manhattan prosecutor’s office are discussing the matter on Tuesday.
