The President of the United States of America Joe Biden has revealed that guns are the number one killer of the American children.
In his statement, the head of states noted that it’s time for Congress to act – “so our kids can learn to read in school instead of learning to duck and cover.”
Biden recalls that last year, he signed into law the most significant gun safety legislation in 30 years.
“And this month, I signed an Executive Order to further fight gun violence.” His statement read in part.
However, Biden urged Congress to do more adding that there is more responsibility that ensuring safety.
“But Congress must do more. There’s no greater responsibility than ensuring the safety of our fellow Americans.” Said Biden.
