The Opposition Chief Raila Amolo Odinga has spoken after sharing an evening meal with Muslim Community.
Odinga, who seems to be in love with adrenaline racing politics, detailed that sharing a meal with Muslim is “great experience” especially during Iftar.
“Sharing a meal is always a great experience, especially when it’s Iftar with the Muslim community.” Odinga said.
Odinga called on the reflection on spiritual, self-discipline and kindness for the unity of the Nation.
“Let us all reflect on the Ramadhan values of spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and kindness as we continue working towards a more just society and Nation. Saum Maqbul.” Added Odinga.
Odinga was accompanied by his deputy Martha Karua.
Odinga recently announced the resumption of demonstrationa once Ramadhan is done and dusted.
According to Odinga, president William Somoe Ruto’s team on the dialogue seems not serious and that dialogue and demos will run concurrently.
