Orange Democratic Movement Secretary General Edwin Sifuna has advised Kibra residents to “excercise restraints” as fire from outside race down a church and a mosque.
Sifuna note that police are ignoring calls to intervoin Kibra where local are under attack from outsiders.
“Just like in Northlands, the police are ingoring calls to intervene in Kibra where outsiders wielding pangas have been mobilized to attack locals. They have set a Church ablaze in an attempt to set residents against each other. We urge our people to excercise utmost restraint.” Sifuna said.
MDD reports that Kibra has been burning for 3 hours with no Police interventions as witnessed in Northlands earlier.
“Hired goons have set a Church and Mosque ablaze in attempt to set Kenyans against each other.”
Source says fire continues to rage down buildings in KIBRA… Elsewhere, a huge crowd of hooligans have reportedly broken into a NHC house and looted everything therein.
