Step 2:

Login to NTSA Platform:

  • Go to the E-Citizen platform to access NTSA services.
  • Log in using E-Citizen credentials to access the personal account.

Navigate to Add Organization:

  • Locate the “Add Organization” button.
    Choose the type of organization.

Add Organization Details:

  • Enter the organization’s KRA pin for unregistered entities.
  • Enter the Company number for registered companies.
  • Search to retrieve and validate organization details.

Step 2.

Choose the capacity:

  • Choose authorized person from the list (option) displayed.

Attach Authorization Letter:

  • Upload the authorization letter from the organization.

Attach Required Documents:

  1. Management Meeting Minutes
  2. Original Affidavit
  3. CR12
  4. Certificate of Incorporation

Submit Application:

Click on Add business button at the end of the form.

Note: NTSA will verify and approve the application. THE SERVICE IS FREE.
