The former president contestant Ekuru Aukot has acknowledged the existence of a huge problem in the country.
He says, this morning, the 11th June 2023, he went to see his pharmacist and that the medication he used to buy at Ksh2700 has now hit the record high at Ksh 4500.
According to the the pharmacist, the price of everything has gone up hence the hike in price.
“Wakenya, kuna shida! This morning, I went to see my pharmacist. The medication that he has been charging me KES 2700 is now going for KES 4500!
“I asked the reason for the hike. His response: ‘The prices of everything has gone up.’ Tukaze kamba.” Said Ekuru Aukot.
