The Ministry of Education, under the guidance of Prof. (Amb.) Julius Bitok, MBS, has issued a directive aimed at streamlining the payment of secondary school fees through the eCitizen platform.

This directive mandates all National schools to submit their banking details to the Ministry, facilitating a centralized system for fee collection.

The primary goal of this directive is to bring about a harmonized approach to fee collection, fostering better coordination, transparency, and accountability within the education system.

By leveraging the eCitizen platform, the Ministry aims to establish an efficient and monitored system for compliance with relevant policies and regulations governing fee levying and payment in public secondary schools.

The Directorate of eCitizen has devised a payment collection process that emphasizes convenience and transparency.
