The Azimio team has finally broken its silence on the position of Bi-partisan dialogue with KK Gov’t.
In a letter to to the media, shared by Otiende Amollo, it reads, “Kindly refer to the above matter and our letter dated 30th May 2023.
“We notice that you are yet to co-sign and submit to us letters addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), and the one addressed to the Chairperson of the IEBC Selection Panel.
“Further, we also note that you have not responded to the additional matters raised in the Resolutions of the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition Parliamentary Group Meeting forwarded to you.
“In the circumstances, it is our considered opinion that the appropriate action is to Adjourn The Talks sine die, in accordance with Clause 36 of the Framework Agreement, which we hereby invoke.
“We thank you, Honorable Co-Chairperson, and assure you of our highest regards.”
