In a significant breakthrough for law enforcement in Samburu, three suspects linked to a series of robbery with violence incidents have been arrested, and a crucial firearm recovered. The suspects, Joseph Lokoloi (22), Francis Alenthia Namaringile (24), and Moses Kenchai (23), were apprehended following a coordinated operation by a multi-agency team.
The trio was allegedly involved in a robbery at Dore Fashion Shop, an incident reported to Archer’s Police Post in Samburu East Sub-County on December 12, 2024. During the arrest, a G3 firearm with serial number A3-9796032 and two rounds of 7.62mm ammunition were seized, marking a critical success in dismantling their operations.
The incident and subsequent arrests occurred in Samburu East Sub-County, a region increasingly affected by organized criminal activities. The robbery took place on December 12, 2024, while the arrests followed weeks of intense investigation and tracking by law enforcement officers.
