The Court has uphold election of Gladys Wanga as Homa Bay Governor.
The former Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero, who was her main competitor challenged her win in Court.
Kidero cited irregularities during election which he says caused his fall to clinch the seat.
Celebrations has rocked Oyugis town after her victory was upheld.
Kidero, has since shifted political base from Nairobi to Homabay.
