The first phase of this monumental endeavor seeks to train approximately 5 million citizens, leveraging a consortium of ICT training organizations drawn from both the public and private sectors, NGOs, and accredited training institutions. Participants will have the opportunity to enroll in courses covering a wide array of digital skills, including but not limited to, basic computer literacy, internet usage, and public sector-specific digital proficiencies.

To ensure the widespread accessibility of the program, participants will be able to self-sponsor their training at a nominal fee of Ksh. 2,500 (Kenyan shillings), equivalent to approximately $25 USD.
