A host is a house for your document on internet. Head to Google and such for domain and hosting company. Follow steps as directed in the video below.

Head to C-panel.
C-panel is the short form of control panel. It is hear that you can access your services. After buying a domain and finally host.

WordPress blog.
After accessing the C-panel, head to Softaculous and choose where you need you website to seet. There is Jomla, WordPress, blogger etc. Choose wordpress and click on it. Why? It is easy for beginners. Head to dashboard and download. Click the downloaded link and you will be right to wordpress dashboard. You are now ready to start writing. Don’t worry about the design, you can head to appearance and download a theme you like to change the outlook.
Start writing and learn as the time goes by. You can hire someone to design for you at less than 5K after you have started earning some cash.
