In a significant move to streamline teacher transitions from internship to permanent roles, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has provided a clear online process for Heads of Institutions (HOIs) to fill casualty forms for newly recruited teachers.
Login to the Teachers Online System
- Visit the Teachers Online System portal.
- Use your HOI credentials to log in.
Navigate to Teachers Entry Exit Section
- Select “Teachers Entry Exit.”
- Click on “Submit Entry Exit Returns.”
Enter Required Details
- On the next page, your new teacher’s details will appear at the top.
- Locate the “ACTION” dropdown menu.
- Choose “Entry.”
Deployment Brief
- Under the “REASONS” dropdown menu, select “APPOINTMENT – NEW RECRUITMENT.”
- Enter the reporting date accurately.
- Click “Submit.”
Confirmation Status
- Once submitted, the teacher’s details will automatically join the PNP (Permanent and Pensionable) colleagues’ list.
- The status will update to “ACTIVE IN SCHOOL.”
- The TSC registration status will change to “ACTIVE TSC EMPLOYEE.”
This seamless process ensures efficient onboarding of teachers, aligning with TSC’s commitment to digital transformation in education management.
