The United Democratic Alliance UDA Secretary General Cleophase Malala was yesterday in Nyanza where he recruited new members.
He was in the company of former police spokesman, Nicholas Gumbo and other several leaders.
Reacting to a new turn of events in Nyanza, Mala took to Twitter to post:
“Today, alongside former Police Spokesperson, Hon. Charles Owino, Siaya Gubernatorial candidate, Hon. Eng. Nicholas Gumbo amongst several other leaders, we sat down with over 3000 UDA, Siaya County Delegates for the party’s ground activation and membership recruitment drive at Apuoyo School.” Malala said.
According to Malala, the meeting agreed that it is time, Luo Nyanza emancipated itself from single Party opposition politics.
“It was also unanimously resolved to support all government initiatives under the Leadership of President. William Ruto.” He added.
