The Kenyan abroad based Lawyer Miguna Miguna has broken his silence on former Kagamega Gov’Wycliffe Oparanya’s corruption saga.
In a statement seen by K47 digital news, the controversial lawyer asks Ethic and Ant-corruption Commission to “present iron-clad evidence” against the former county boss.
Miguna, who seems to be in love with adrenaline racing politics further asked EACC to repossess all looted wealth from Oparanya and others during former president Uhuru’s regime.
“A good start, @EACCKenya. Present iron-clad evidence. Repossess all the looted wealth from Oparanya, despot Uhuru Kenyatta, conman @RailaOdinga, Muhoho Kenyatta, Fred Matiang’i, Karanja Kibicho, Mucheru, James Macharia, Murathe, Kagwe, Cyprian Awiti, Joho, Rasanga, et al.” Said Miguna Miguna in a statement.
Oparanya and his two wives were forced to record a statement over the embezzlement of public funds when he was a Gov’ of Kagamega.
According to EACC, Former Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya was at EACC Headquarters, Integrity Centre, Nairobi recording a statement in relation to an ongoing investigation into alleged embezzlement of public funds amounting to over Kes. 1.3 billion from Kakamega County Government during his tenure.
