Murang’a County Assembly Member (MCA) Hon. Mark G. Wainaina has tragically passed away due to complications from a severe pulmonary disease that led to the failure of both his lungs. Wainaina, who had been battling the illness, died while undergoing treatment, leaving the county and his supporters in deep mourning.
According to reports from People Daily, Wainaina had been facing significant financial challenges due to mounting medical bills, which forced him to seek financial assistance from the public. He had organized a fundraising event scheduled for Friday, November 15th, hoping to gather support for his treatment. However, his sudden passing just days before the event has shocked the community and supporters who had rallied behind him.
