Former Kilimani MCA Kiigen Koech has asked President William Samoe Ruto to issue a shoot to killing order to scare the Opposition Chief Raila Odinga’s supporters from Mandamano.
Koeche, who seems to be in love with adrenaline racing politics implore Ruto saying he is man enough to arrest Odinga yet smart enough not to.
He adds that no Mandamano should take place under his watch.
“Dear Uncle William Ruto, I know you are MAN ENOUGH to ARREST RAILA ODINGA but SMART ENOUGH not to. Mr. President, there will be no MAANDAMANO under your watch. Issue SHOOT TO KILL ORDERS!” Said Koech.
