Former Mukurueni Mp Kabando Wakabando has hit at the new found relationship between president William Samoe Ruto and the opposition chief Raila Amolo Odinga’s truce.
Kabando says the core to Kenya’s cost of living crisis is poverty – hunger, unemployment, expensive healthcare, lack of school fees & water scarcity.
“All caused by #Statecapture – impunity, greed, corruption, tribalism, and nepotism. If Ruto & Raila bipartisan dialogue pursues symptoms, wrong turn,” said Kabando.
Kabando noted that enduring solutions to Kenya’s problems include restructuring state agencies, e.g, audit integrity of constitutional commissions. We’d resolve pending cases – TJRC, Ndung’u, Kroll, etc. reports.
He detailed that the killers of Chris Msando & others should be known through “National dialogue on #Statecapture.”
He called out the DPP purported withdrawal of cases against who were captured during Azimio’s protest.
“Puppeteering DPP to withdraw criminal cases of arson, looting, or evident violence only buttresses impunity. ‘Repainting’ iebc, again, without making culprits of electoral fraud accountable, is fodder for a covert handshake. Only a #StateCapture inquiry commission can help us.” He said.
