Former presidential contestant Ekuru Aukot has hit out at president William Ruto over tribal appointment in governmental and private jobs.
Ekuru described the appointment as a “destressing” to highly educated non- Kalenjin kenyans.
“The offensive, biased, and unconstitutional appointments of Kalenjins only to all state, parastatal, and even private offices is deeply distressing to many highly educated non-kalenjin Kenyans.” Ekuru Aukot Said in a tweet.
He said those educated non- Kalenjins sees their Kalenjins peers enjoying lucrative contact and deal with is flaunted to acquire quick richness.
“As they see, their Kalenjin peers enjoy unlimited access to contracts and lucrative deals, which they use to flaunt their quickly acquired wealth ostentatiously.”
“The deep sense of grievience is noticeable everywhere.” He added.
Aukot accused President Ruto of damaging non-kalenjins dreams that he will live to regret.
“What @WilliamsRuto is doing is so damaging to so many young non-kalenjins it will last with for the rest of their lives.”
“Tribalism is being deliberately asserted so grossly that it is obscene in the extreme. It is toxic and destructive.”

He went a step further to publish names of Kalenjins in different positions:
