Kenyans reacts after missing on top 10 most corrupt countries in Africa.

Kenyans on Twitter KOT have reacted sharply after the Kenya missed on the list of top 10 most corrupt countries in Africa.

Kenyans have raised concerns saying that the list is clearly flawed, compiled by persons who have no touch with reality.

“We live in this country, we’ve lived in some of those countries and I can tell you our corruption is many years ahead of theirs. so yes we demand to be correctly counted.” A social media user post.

“Instead of Kenyans to appreciate that they are not among the top 10 corrupt countries in Africa, they are openly asking “Where is Kenya?” Its absurd that you wanna be on top of the list of bad things. Note: when a few individuals are corrupt, it doesn’t mean its the whole Nation.” One of the tweets read.

According to the 2022 Corruption Perceptions Index, Africa’s Most Corrupt Countries are.

1. Somalia

2. South Sudan

3. Libya

4. Equatorial Guinea

5. Burundi

6. Comoros

7. Chad

8. DR Congo

9. Guinea-Bissau

10. Congo Brazzaville

11. Sudan

12. Eritrea

13. Zimbabwe

14. Nigeria.

“But you and I know something is not right with the list, right? How can we be among the top three worldwide and miss a slot on the African list? Or they corrupted the drafters of this list to miss out?” Another Kenyan questioned.

“Kenya must have bribed the survey company to omit its name. where is Kenya. Imagine we almost lost around 200 Billions to our corrupt leaders every financial year.” Sancho wrote.
