The United Democratic Alliance UDA part has reaped big in the largest Ukambani region in the recent political allegiance shift.
In a statement, the UDA Secretary General Cleophase Malala has this afternoon, welcomed members from Maendeleo Chap Chap Party, Wiper Party, CCU Party, Muungano Party and several other parties from the vast Kamba regions.
“UKAMBANI SHIFTS: This afternoon, our party reaped big yet again as we welcomed members defecting from Maendeleo Chap Chap Party, Wiper Party, CCU Party, Muungano Party and several other parties from the vast Kamba nation into the Ruling party, UDA.” Malala said in a statement.
The leaders who included, Senatorial candidates, Lucas Muthoka, Dr. Musila and Stephen Kyallo, Women Reps, Rita Ndunge, Selina Mwende amongst 17 other Parliamentary candidates and over 70 Mca candidate from the Kamba nation.
They reportedly pledged to fully stick to unwavering support behind President William Samoei Ruto’s administration.
Also present was UDA Org. Secretary, Hon. Vincent Kawaya and Senator Samson Cherargei from Nandi county.
