The Azimio La Umoja boss Raila Odinga’s daughter has been targeted by the security officer, Odinga says.
In a twitter post, Odinga says president William Ruto’s government has always shown animosity towards his, daughter Winnie, & today they wasted no time in attacking her vehicle.
The Opposition Chief detailed that such shameful conduct should not be tolerated, adding Ruto & his team should be ashamed of themselves.
“This illegitimate regime has consistently shown animosity towards my daughter Winnie, and today they wasted no time in attacking her vehicle.” Odinga said.
He added: “Such shameful conduct should not be tolerated, but we refuse to be intimidated. Ruto and his team should be ashamed of themselves.”
Winnie Odinga was among the protesters as police angage the Azimio’s supporters in a running battle.
Odinga, while addressing a multitude of supporters has said that there will be demonstration every Monday until Ruto heeds to their calls to lower the cost of living, return the famous Cherera Four and selection of IEBC officials.
