Safaricom Confirms PayBill Payment downtime.
The leading telecommunications company Safaricom has confirmed breakdown on its PayBill service across the country.
The Safaricom company took to X platform formerly twitter to reveal this.
In a statement, Safaricom noted that the issue is under resolution by its technical team.
While apologising to its customers for any inconvenience caused, Safaricom detailed that the they will inform its customers once the normal services resume.
“Dear Customer, We are experiencing a recurring service intermittency affecting some PayBill payments.
“The issue is under resolution by our technical team, we shall inform you once normal services resume.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience.” A statement seen by k47 digital news team read.
