The Opposition Chief Raila Amolo Odinga’s has sent his condolences following an accident that has claimed over 20 life in Migori.
Odinga sympathized with those who lost their loved one friends and colleagues in the horrific Saturday morning accident.
“I offer my deepest sympathies to all those who have lost their loved ones, friends, and colleagues in the tragic accident that occurred this morning at the boda boda stage in Migori town.” Odinga said.
He added: “May God grant you all fortitude to get through this difficult moment. Poleni kwa msiba.”
At least 20 people died in a horrific truck accident on the morning of Saturday 8 August. It was gathered that the driver was among the victims with serious injuries.
According to reports from one witness the lorry was speeding into town, when it crashed passers-by, motorists, and boda boda riders as it went down the hill after brake failure.

He then collided with a sand truck and was forced to stop.
