The former Nairobi Governor Hon Mike Mbuvi Sonko says the Ksh. 15B was stolen in 26 minutes.
Sonko, via twitter, says after going through the calls data and WhatsApp communication between the former President and former CS treasury and also WhatsApp communication between the controller of Budget and the said former CS Treasury Ukuri Yatani, it is now clear that the Controller of Budget will be a very key prosecution witness against first suspected accused person Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta and 2nd suspected accused person Ukur Yattani for conspiring to swindle over 4B Ksh meant for Maize flour subsidy.
The other key witnesses, Sonko says, shall be all the Maize millers who were supposed to be
benefiaries of the 4B subsidy amount for the unga costs to go down.
“May justice prevail.” Said Sonko.
