The Amara Management Company, an association and management company charged with managing the community of Amara Ridge through its representative Edwin Dande says it has received a complaint from the owner of Villa 6, that the Villa is currently being occupied without authorization and that they should proceed to withhold all services to the Villa, including access.
“Pursuant to a homeowners meeting held on 19/6/2023, it was resolved that you provide the management company with either the executed sale agreement or executed lease agreement, or any legal documentation that granted you access to the Villa 6.
“The Villa owner, as per our records, contends that he has never granted any access to the current occupant(s).
“In line with our obligations and mandate as the management company, and to ensure a harmonious co-existence within our community, kindly provide the above requested information within 24 hours.” A letter to CS Florence Bore reads.
The letter continued: “Please note that failure to provide the information shall sanction the disconnection of all services currently being enjoyed by yourselves whilst occupying the Villa. Further, your entry, both into the Villa, and the property at large, shall be denied.
“As you can appreciate, we are a community that enjoys peace and calm, and would not wish to subject our members to any of the events that culminated to this Demand.
“We look forward to hearing from you, and towards an amicable resolution of this matter.

Following the leaked letter, CS Florence Bore received to proof ownership of the Amara Ridge Villa she had illegally occupied, she is said to have disgracefully left the Villa yesterday.
