President William Samoe Ruto has said he is ready to meet the opposition Chief Raila Amolo Odinga for dialogue.
In a statement shared on his Twitter page on Tuesday evening, Ruto said he is off to Tanzania for bilateral talks this evening.
He said he will be available from tomorrow and ready to meet Tinga at his convenience.
“My friend @RailaOdinga ,am off to Tanzania for a human capital meeting to harmonise the expansion of employment opportunities in our continent.” Ruto said.
Adding: “Am back tomorrow evening, and as you have always known, am available to meet one on one with you anytime at your convenience.”
While speaking to the press, Raila Odinga noted that Ruto had invited the Tanzania President Suluhu to lead them in talks. However, Odinga says Ruto was unavailable for the talks.
