The Kenya leading Television Citizen TV has refuted the claims that the Chairman SK Macharia is dead.
In a captioned viral photo, Citizen TV flagged off the claim terming it as fake.
The report had emerged on a fake Citizen TV account, stating that the Royal Media Services chair S. K. Macharia has been anounced dead by family spokesperson.
According to the viral reports, the businessman was ailing and had recently flown back from treatment in Dubai.
‘REAKING NEWS: Royal Media Services chair S.K. Macharia has been anounced dead by family spokesperson this evening at his home in Muthaiga.” The news read.
It added “The businessman was ailing and had recently flown back from treatment in Dubai. May he rest in peace.”
