The Narok Senator Hon Ledama Olekina has observed suspicious actions of some of Mount Kenya leaders who he says are not ready for any meaningful talk between the Azimio La Umoja and the Ruto led Government.
According to Olekina, the Mt Kenya leadership that is against the dialogue is led by the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.
He says, those mount Kenya leaders will do anything to sabotage the dialogue between Azimio and the Kenya Kwanza Government.
“The Naked Truth and reality is that most KK lieutenants from the mountain led by @rigathi do not want any talks and will do everything within their power to sabotage them.” Ledama said.
Ledama added: “Conflicts is there only assurance of keeping @WilliamsRuto to check! Most are afraid of living in Kenya without @RailaOdinga . I dare say like most Kenyans do, they pray for Raila on a daily basis … so when they hear talks outside parliament they tremble with fear!”
This remarks comes after Kimani Ichungwa, who is the Kikuyu constituency Mp criticism to Odinga’s new demands that the dialogue should take the form the late Koffi Annan of 2007/08.
“So it is as we said, @RailaOdinga hoped to instigate Post-election Violence, use the ANARCHY & BLOODSHED to ride on to yet another Handshake regime? We said; – the looting, rape, arson, land invasions&killings were all planned with a motive. Mzee & your Sponsor, FORGET another Handshake!” Said Ichungwah in a post.
Ichungwah noted: “The Koffi Annan mediated National accord = Nusu Mkate Government. This was preceded by massive BLOODSHED. How much bloodshed @RailaOdinga do you desire to get another nusu mkate? Is that why you say you want no handshake? You want nusu mkate Mzee, Hata SLICE Hakuna!.”
