Residents of Kaplong and Siongiroi are reeling in shock and grief after a young M-Pesa agent, popularly known as Tito, was found dead a week after mysteriously disappearing. Tito, who operated near the Kaplong–Siongiroi stage, was reported missing last Sunday, triggering a frantic search by family, friends, and local authorities.

According to witnesses, the search efforts intensified throughout the week as concern grew over his sudden disappearance. Tito was well known in the community due to his work at the busy M-Pesa outlet, making his absence even more alarming.

Tragically, on Sunday, the search came to a heartbreaking end when a body believed to match the missing man’s description was discovered in a river.
