The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has outlined the new salary structure for teachers in Kenya, following the full implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Breakdown of the Salary Structure

The salary adjustments cater to both the lowest and highest-ranking teachers within the TSC framework. The adjustment is significant as it reflects a deliberate effort by the Kenyan government to ensure that teachers’ compensation is progressively improved in alignment with the current economic landscape.
