The Nandi senator Hon Samson Cherargei has celebrated the former Interior CS Dr Fred Matiang’i’s woe at DCI.
In a statement via twitter, Cherargei was keen to note that Dr Matiang’i looks scary as he appeares before DCI over claims of staging his Karen home raid.
He reminded the CS of his past actions when he was the top security officer.
“Matiangi looks scared before the real game begins. When he was CS interior he use to insist that police are always right despite several court orders including mine in April 2022.he was a fugitive of Justice. Si akule maharagwe kidogo jamani kama mahubusu wengine.” Said Cherargei.
Rarienda constituency MP Otiende Amolo reacted saying. “Your Day Will Come. Mark My Words.”
Bianca Wamu, a social media enthusiast weighed in saying “Senator, I just hope this isn’t happening to Matiang’i just because of what he did to us while in power. Yes, Matiang’i was rude, but let’s hope his summons are purely on principle and not a revenge mission. Who will shield us when power is gone? Think about it.”
