The TSC has sent a warning to all TSC employed teachers.
In an internal memo sent to all teachers, TSC says the process of the 2021-2023 Declaration of Income Assets and Liabilities (DIALs) are ongoing.
According to the memo, all State and public officers are required to submit their declarations by 31st December 2023.
Records indicate that more than 70% of employees are yet to submit their declarations as at 30 November 2023.
This, TSC says, is a serious concern considering the fact that the first month of declaration has lapsed and the number of the Commission’s employees is quite substantial.
“You are hereby directed to do an aggressive campaign using all relevant modes of communication (e.g. WhatsApp platforms, SMS e.t.c) to remind teachers and secretariat staff serving under your jurisdiction to make their submissions and avoid last minute rush when the system will be congested.” TSC commission directed the County Directors.
A list of compliance by county will be drawn and presented management for deliberations by 11th December 2023.

Wealth Declaration by TSC teachers:
- On your browser I.e chrome, type teachersonline.tsc.go.ke
- Click on declaration of income, assets and liabilities.
- Log in by inserting your TSC no and password. You can always reset.
- Click on wealth declaration.
- Click on biannual declaration and fill your personal details
- Click next and fill your income, assets and liabilities while you save each.
- Fill in the dependants, spouse and children below 18
Thereafter click next until you are through.
An sms for confirmation of submission will be sent to your phone and email address
You can print your summary for record purposes.
