Chief Of And Head Of public staff Felix Kosgei has appointed Amb Monica Juma as Secretary council in a gazette notice.
At the same time, former Police IG Joseph Boinnet has been appointed as deputy National Security Advisor.
“It is notified for the genenal infonnation of the public that the National Security Council has appointed MONICA K. JUMA to be the Secretary of the National Security Council. Dated the 6th March, 2023.” the statement read
It further said “It is sotified for the geaeral information of the public that the National Security Council has appointcd Joseph Boinet to be the Depury National Security Advisoe
