The EALA MP Kanini Kega has been delt a huge blow by the latest ruling from political party’s tribunal.
Hon KANINI Kega, who was attempting to stop Jubilee National Delegates Conference NDC called by former president Uhuru Kenyatta has been struck out by Political parties tribunal that cited lack of jurisdiction on Jubilees decision making table.
This means that Jubilee faction led by Uhuru Kenyatta and SG Jeremiah Kioni are scheduled to proceed with 22ND-May-2023 NDC different venue from Bomas of Kenya.
Jubilee party NDC will be held on Monday 22nd May at Ngong Racecourse, as announced by Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta who is the Jubilee party leader.
According to source who spoke exclusively to K47 digital news, NDC Is the Supreme decision making organ of the party.
