In a groundbreaking move, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is inviting the public to actively participate in shaping the future of education by providing input on the proposed TSC Act (Amendment) Bill, 2024.

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Constitution, the TSC is actively seeking input from stakeholders and the general public through written memoranda on the proposed amendments.

The window for submission of memoranda is open until Thursday, 15th February 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

Individuals can choose to submit physical copies addressed to the Secretary, Teachers Service Commission, P.O. Box Private Bag 00100, Nairobi.

Alternatively, they can hand-deliver their submissions to the TSC Headquarters in Upper Hill or any TSC Sub-county office. For the tech-savvy contributors, a soft copy can be emailed to info@tscgo.ke.

To facilitate a thorough understanding of the proposed amendments, the TSC Act Amendment Bill, 2024, is available for public perusal on the TSC website, www.tsc.go.ke.
