The opposition chief Raila Amolo Odinga has declared Monday 20th March as the public Holiday.
This, according to the source, is to allow all Kenyans to participate in the mass action against the Kenya Kwanza administration.
Odinga accused Ruto of high cost of living, heavy taxation, handpicking of IEBC commissioners as the main cause of his call for mass action.
