Brave locals have saved lives in Turkan South following a heavy downpour.
The bravery act of the locals has been described as “Miraculous rescue” earning them the name “local heroes”.
The two unidentified men, in a viral video, could be seen watching helplessly as water rages over.
Their car was swept by running water across the road, luckily it was held by a roadside bank.
