Kapsabet Boys’ High School in Nandi County is set to host a National Capacity Building Workshop for Biology and Physics teachers on Saturday, 24th February 2024.
The workshop aims to lay a foundation for improved academic performance and will cover topics such as effective teaching methods, revision approaches, practical paper preparation, science examination trends, and an in-depth analysis of the KCSE 2023 results.
The invitation, addressed to the Sub-County Director of Education and the Chief Principal, emphasizes the significance of empowering teachers in Physics and Biology through senior subject specialists and the exchange of experiences.
The event will take place in the school’s dining complex and lower school hall starting at 8:00 A.M.
The Heads of the Department for Biology and Physics, Mrs. Tracy Kurere and Mr. Khatali Kongo, respectively, have forwarded the invitation and encouraged teachers to confirm their attendance by 23rd February 2024.
The registration fee is set at 2500/- per delegate, covering facilitation, certificates, stationary, meals, and logistics.
Interested teachers can confirm attendance through SMS, calls, or WhatsApp to Mr. Khatali Kongo or Mr. William Kipkoech, the Head of Physics.
