Kaloleni, Kenya — A 22-year-old man has landed in police custody after being caught with four sacks of bhang in a major drug bust at Nyalani village, Kilifi County.
The suspect, identified as Emmanuel Mwanyae, was arrested following a tip-off from vigilant members of the public. Acting swiftly on the information, officers from Kaloleni Police Station launched an operation that led to his capture and the seizure of the large haul of narcotics.
Confirming the incident, authorities revealed that the bhang is being held as an exhibit while Mwanyae undergoes police processing. He is expected to be arraigned in court soon, where he will face drug-related charges.
